In the winter in the cosy dining room with its characteristic open hearth, and in the summer outside on the terrace, you can enjoy meals prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked in traditional style to preserve all the real flavours of the mountains.

Our restaurant has always used genuine local ingredients. We purchase all our ingredients from local farmers so that we can offer the finest quality fresh food every single day. Ham, mushrooms and fresh herbs are used to flavour pasta dishes such as gnocchi, risotto and soups, while our entrées feature such specialties as dunkatle, ricotta cream with polenta, frico and cjarsons.
